A high energy, intense and fun-fuelled workout. This camp contains a mix of high interval intensity training (HIIT) and functional exercises to improve everyday performance.

The Outdoor Boot Camp is a group session (with up to 20 people) and will run every Saturday for a 6 week period. It is the ideal way to shape up quickly and elevate your endurance, strength and speed.

The Outdoor Boot Camp can be tailored to suit a wide variety of participants and is therefore open to all for booking.
