High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training approach that alternates short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion.

This session is challenging. It takes your cardio-workout to another level as you push your body to another level.

HIIT classes can help you burn calories quickly, increase your metabolic rate, improve heart health and enhance muscle gain.  

Due to the challenging nature of the class it is recommended that only people with a good level of fitness attend.
