Couple Small Group Classes Membership

This membership provides unlimited Small Group Training Sessions (as/when available) for you and your partner including:

• Pilates
• Yoga
• HIT
• Circuits

There will be no more than 8 people per class to ensure that you get all of the help, support and encouragement you need. 

The facilities are available to all members from 6am to 9pm Weekdays, 8am to 8pm Weekends and 4pm to 16.00 on Bank Holidays. 

Whilst this membership enables the member to use the Sauna, Shower and Lounge it does not allow access to the gym including resistance and cardio areas.
