Couple Gym + Small Group Classes Membership

As well as access to all facilities including, resistance, cardio, studio, sauna, shower and lounge areas this membership includes unlimited Small Group Training sessions for you and you partner.

Unlimited Small Group Training Sessions (as/when available) for you and your partner including:

• Pilates
• Yoga
• HIT
• Circuits

There will be no more than 8 people per class to ensure that you get all of the help, support and encouragement you need. 

The facilities are available to all members from 6am to 9pm Weekdays, 8am to 8pm Weekends and 10am to 4pm on Bank Holidays.
