A monthly membership that provides access to all the facilities including, resistance, cardio, studio, sauna, shower and lounge areas.
The facilities are available to all members from 6am to 9pm Weekdays, 8am to 8pm Weekends and 10am to 4pm on Bank Holidays.
This membership does not include Small Group Training or Personal Training although these options can be purchased via an alternative membership plans or individually.
