Small Group Circuits Class combines some elements of endurance training, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.
It is ideal for people that want to build muscular endurance, strength and speed. This is a fantastic class if you wish to improve your overall fitness and V02max for better efficiency and performance.
Please note that there is little or no rest between activities and therefore only suited to those people with a moderate level of fitness.
